Whiting Village is commonly known as Crestwood Village 7. Fondly referred to as “The Village” to the residents.
An active adult community (aged 55 plus) located in Ocean County, New Jersey.
Whiting Village consists of 1048 free standing individual homes built in 1977-1985.
The Village is approximately 235.24 acres.
There are 5.7 miles of road, 171 homes on the north side, 877 homes on the south side, 168 fingers streets, 29 fingers on the north side and 139 fingers on the south side, 8 cul-de-sacs, and 2 retention ponds.

Whiting Village boasts a beautiful Clubhouse, featuring an exercise room, billiards, library, and multi-activity room.
There is an attached annex, a stage and a large hall.
